5th Annual District Reading Fair

All students in grades 1-5 are encouraged to participate in the District Reading Fair.

This is a voluntary event.

Projects must be based on a fiction book.

Nonfiction projects will not be judged.

Projects should be on a tri-fold display board.

Display boards can be purchased at Dollar Tree, Walmart, Michael’s or any office supply store.

All projects need to be turned in to the library by February 20.

School Site winners will be announced The Week of February 26.

1st place winners from each school site will be judged at the district on March 7.

District winners will be announced at the Board Meeting on March 8.

The PAWS are back in town!

Our Read With Me program volunteers are in our 4th YEAR!  These volunteers work all year with students to improve their reading skills and social connections and they truly cherish the time they spend with your students.

 

Teachers recommend students who may benefit from the program - parental permission is required.

 

This year Mattie Bee, Francie, Vinny and Bailey are all on rotation to spend their Friday mornings with you!
